🚫All Sales Are Final

We take great pride in the quality of our work. To maintain our high standards, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, process exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect selection by the customer.

⚠️Defective or Damaged Items

The only exception to our final sale policy is for items that are objectively defective or arrive damaged.

Please note: Slight variations inherent to the manufacturing or creation process do not qualify as defects. Additionally, we are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental breakage by the customer after the item has been received.

📧How to Report a Defect

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:

  2. 02Provide a brief, clear description of the defect or damage.
  3. 03Attach clear, well-lit photographs that clearly show the issue.

Resolution Process

Once we receive your email and review the photographs, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim. If the item is deemed defective, we will make it right by offering one of the following resolutions:

A full refund applied to your original method of payment.

Store credit to be used on a future purchase.

We reserve the right to request that the defective item be shipped back to us prior to issuing a replacement or refund. If a return is required, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
